Dana Kuehn has been appointed by Governor Fallin to succeed Judge Clancy Smith’s position on the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals.

Judge Kuehn has been a Judge in Tulsa County since 2006. Prior to going on the bench, Kuehn was an assistant district attorney for seven years.
